We can also address your nutritional needs and shed light on how diet impacts your fitness and how eating properly can help you to maximize your potential.
Our History
Classic Body Fitness was founded in 2014 by Nathaniel Mckenzie, Chief Executive Officer, who prides himselt on taking a refreshingly new approach to gyms in spanish town. With this mandate he created Fitness Centre, with clean and equipped modern state of the art cardio and strength machines, with easy to workout menus, complemented with friendly and experienced staff member to ensure that your fitness journey is a rewarding one.
