Biography:
I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years and has transformed many physiques via strength training which I specialise in. I’ve competed in Bodybuilding competitions
myself and put into practise the principles of training I advocate and have seen the results myself. My ultimate aim is to help as many persons as I can achieve an healthier, higher quality of life through training and proper nutrition. And through personal training leave a positive impact on the wider society. I am looking forward to serving you as you start or continue on your fitness journey.
